The STEKIO Intuitive Program Management Platform and iPad app aims to enhance and simplify the onboarding and profile management processes for program administrators. Through our research and feedback from institutions and organizations, onboarding has been identified as a very manual and cumbersome process for program administrators, currently accomplished using a combination of programs and tools. As a result, the STEKIO solution features a streamlined and comprehensive onboarding process for program administrators.
The Intuitive Program Management Platform allows administrators to onboard learners to programs through a simple process. The administrator send an onboarding message to all learners enrolled in a course either through their existing CMS or directly through the STEKIO platform. The prepopulated email template contains the corresponding course token for the learner to input when setting up their learner profile on the iPad app. Sending the onboarding messages completes the streamlined onboarding process for the program administrators as learners complete the remaining steps to onboard themselves into the course. Once learners have onboarded themselves through the iPad app their profiles will appear under Recent Profiles in the Dashboard of the platform.
After receiving the onboarding message from their program administrator, learners then download the iPad app and use the supplied onboarding token to access the course and create their learner profile on the app. Through LinkedIn integration learners can easily create and maintain an up-to-date profile while alleviating program administrators of profile management and onboarding.
Additionally, learners returning to enroll in a new course can easily onboard themselves to a new course by inputting the course token for their new course, accessible in the application’s settings.
